Crossover satellite transponder 29 MHz USB to 435 MHz FM
AMSAT-EA's small HADES-L satellite carries a crossover transponder with a 28.472 MHz USB uplink and a 436.665 MHz FM downlink, plus a digital voice beacon and radiation experiments. It is slated to launch on SpaceX's Transporter-18 rideshare.

Three AMSAT-DL PocketQube satellites, ERMINAZ-2U, 2V and 2X, are set to launch on 1 October 2026 at 18:18 UTC aboard Falcon 9 on Transporter-18. They carry telemetry, image transmission and a digipeater, with IARU-coordinated frequencies.

JR1LZK/6 and JE1HXZ/6 plan to operate from Iriomote Island, IOTA AS-024, Japan, from 7 to 14 October 2026. They will use CW, SSB, RTTY and FT8 on 160 to 6 meters.

SP5EAQ reports from 5W0AF in Samoa that the antenna has moved to a spot 20 meters from the ocean, with good worldwide openings over two days. He notes that 100 W is sometimes not enough to be heard.
